You are Responsible for:

- Preparing and presenting financial reports to management and stakeholders, providing insights for decision-making.
- Collaborating with various departments to gather data and improve budgeting and forecasting processes.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional certification preferred (e.g., CMA, CPA).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and cost management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Prior experience in cost accounting, preferably in a healthcare setting, will be advantageous.
