Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop new products from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using CAD tools like Cam & MRP.
- Prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials) and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with IPC standards during PCB assembly, SMT processes, and DFM checks.
Job Requirements :
- 3-9 years of experience in NPI engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in creating BOMs, managing inventory, and preparing documents such as ERP reports.
- Solid understanding of electronic components, including PCB assembly, SMT processing, and DFM principles.
- Experience working with CAM software like Cad Tools is an added advantage.
