Hiring: Proposal Engineer
Experience: 4–6 Years

Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical) or related field

We are looking for a Proposal Engineer with strong expertise in rotating equipment, piping, pipelines, and valve systems, along with experience in proposal preparation and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle tenders, RFQs & vendor coordination

* Prepare quotations, BOQ/BOM & technical inputs

* Support estimation, specifications & client discussions

* Maintain CRM, track sales pipeline & reporting

* Assist in lead generation & client relationship management

✅ Requirements:

* 4–6 years in proposals/estimation/sales coordination

* Strong communication & negotiation skills

* Knowledge of procurement & vendor management

* Analytical and problem-solving skills

Exposure to technical sales & project management with robust growth opportunities
