Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled
Senior Full Stack Developer/Team Lead
to join our team and lead the development of robust, scalable, and secure web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of
React.js

, and expertise in implementing secure authentication protocols like
JWT
. You will take ownership of projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications.
- Develop and maintain server-side APIs using
Node.js
and
Express.js
with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Build and optimize dynamic, user-friendly front-end components using
React.js
.
- Handling server-side logic, database management, and API development using
Python (FastAPI Library)
- Architect, integrate, and manage databases such as
PostgreSQL
or
MongoDB




to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Implement secure user authentication and authorization workflows using
JWT
and other best practices.
- Drive the adoption of coding standards, best practices, and contemporary development methodologies.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, recommending improvements to processes and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

- 5-8 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a proven track record of building and maintaining scalable applications.
