We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Ward Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a multispecialty hospital setting. The role involves monitoring patient health, administering treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per established protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions regularly.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during rounds and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure patient hygiene, comfort, and emotional support.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Follow infection control and patient safety guidelines strictly.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and patient needs.
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other departments for comprehensive care.
- Supervise and guide junior nursing staff and attendants when required.
Qualifications Requirements:
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery).
- Valid nursing registration (State Nursing Council).
- 3-8 years of experience in a hospital setting .
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
