Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled senior software engineer with strong expertise in ServiceNow, hands-on knowledge & prior experience with ServiceNow on various modules like ITSM, CSM, Service Portal along with solid ServiceNow technical platform foundation skills.



The candidate should bring solid technical depth in ServiceNow development and integrations experience along with strong functional knowledge of areas like Customer Service, Asset Management and Service Management.

Candidate will be responsible for the supporting ServiceNow Platform (SRE - Production Support) including development for code fixes, enhancements and also doing hands-on development in ServiceNow for various platform initiatives (security, monitoring, availability, compliance, integrations etc). Candidate should support and contribute to AI, AIOps initiatives to build platform automation

Responsibilities
- Engage: In daily, weekly scrum meetings & related activities
- Engage: In Incident & Problem Management (investigate and resolve, follow SLA/SLO)
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate recurring issues, identify root causes, and implement preventive solutions to improve platform resilience.
- Platform Maintenance: Perform routine health checks, monitor system performance, integration failures
- Platform Maintenance: Upgrade plan and activities for Se
