The Role

We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to own end-to-end paid campaign execution across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This is a performance-first role — you'll optimize for real business outcomes and directly contribute to our pipeline and revenue goals.

What You'll Do
- Plan, set up, and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- Build and test audience targeting, retargeting, and creative strategies
- Monitor and optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other key KPIs




- Track performance weekly and share clear, actionable insights
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams on campaign consistency and lead quality
- Maintain campaign hygiene — naming conventions, UTM tracking, budget pacing

What We're Looking For
- 6 months – 1 year of hands-on experience in paid advertising
- Solid working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Analytical mindset with comfort in data and reporting tools
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
- Available to join immediately
