Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Legal Intern at Team Counsel. The intern will assist the team in legal document preparation, client communication, addressing legal issues, and providing legal consulting services. This will be a long-term assessment internship.

*The first month will be unpaid.
If the internship is extended beyond the first month, the intern will be eligible for a stipend based on their performance and the satisfaction of the team.*
Qualifications
- Final-year student of a 5-year or 3-year law program
- Law and Legal Consulting skills
- Legal Document Preparation abilities
- Robust Communication skills
- Knowledge of Legal Issues
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Dedication, professionalism, and a keen interest in legal consulting
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Experience in the startup ecosystem is a plus
