Key Responsibilities-

New Business Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and secure recent business opportunities across various sectors through a blended approach of online and offline sales strategies.
- Client Engagement
: Conduct in-person meetings and virtual presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of our marketing services.
- Online & Offline Strategy
: Develop and execute sales strategies for both digital (e.g., social media campaigns, email marketing) and traditional (e.g., print ads, events, direct mail) marketing services.
- Lead Generation
: Actively generate new leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and utilizing online platforms.
- Relationship Management
: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and key industry contacts.
- Travel:
Be prepared to travel regularly to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and explore new markets.
- Market Research
: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in both online and offline marketing.
- Pipeline Management
:



Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education:
Any Graduate (BBA or MBA in Agribusiness/Marketing is a significant advantage).
- Experience:
1–3 years in Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management.
- Language Proficiency:
Must be fluent in
English and Hindi
. Good command of English is required for corporate reporting.
- Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM tools, and basic Microsoft Excel for reporting.
