As the business scales across exchanges, jurisdictions, and financial systems, building strong finance processes becomes critical to supporting long-term growth.
The Team

This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Kolkata office.

You'll join the Finance team and work closely with leadership, operations, legal advisors, auditors, tax consultants,



and external partners to ensure the firm's financial operations run efficiently and remain fully compliant.

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex financial problems, building scalable processes, and bringing structure to a quick-growing business.
The Role

Finance in a high-frequency trading business is fundamentally different from traditional accounting.

The business generates high transaction volumes across multiple exchanges, operates continuously, and requires accurate financial reporting, disciplined controls, and timely regulatory compliance. Success depends on building processes that are reliable, scalable, and capable of supporting a rapidly growing organisation.

As Manager, Accounts, Tax & Compliance, you'll play a key role in strengthening our finance function by overseeing accounting operations, tax compliance, audits, financial reporting, and process improvements. You'll work closely with both internal stakeholders and external advisors
