Role Description
The Client Success Executive is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships across influencer marketing, talent management, and digital campaigns. In this role,



the individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, understanding of goals, and alignment of services with expectations. Daily tasks include onboarding new clients, tracking campaign performance, coordinating with internal teams, and proactively resolving issues to maintain high client satisfaction. The role also involves identifying opportunities to expand client engagements, preparing reports and insights, and providing consultative guidance on strategy and execution. The Client Success Executive will contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery and support the long-term success of both brand and creator partners.
