About the Role

Our Café is looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Food & Beverage Executive to join our growing team. If you have experience in cafés, restaurants, hotels, or hospitality and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent food and beverage service to customers.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day café operations.
- Welcome guests and provide a memorable dining experience.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Operate billing/POS systems and ensure accurate transactions.
- Follow company SOPs and maintain service quality.

Requirements
- 2–9 years of experience in cafés,



restaurants, hotels, or hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and food safety practices is preferred.
