Position Overview

The
Senior HR Manager
– India Operations will serve as the
head of the HR function for Nakshathra India
,



with end-to-end ownership of human resources strategy and operations across all showroom locations and the corporate office.

Operating as a strategic business partner to top management, this leader will design and implement a up-to-date, scalable HR architecture — spanning talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, compliance, HR analytics, and organizational development — while building a high-performance, values-driven culture across a distributed retail workforce.

The role is based at the Nakshathra Corporate Office in Vyttila, Kochi, with regular engagement across all operating locations.
