Role Purpose

The Lead DEI will lead and implement strategies to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture. The role focuses on designing programs, driving awareness, ensuring policy alignment, and enabling an inclusive employee experience across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. DEI Strategy & Implementation
- Develop and execute the organizations DEI strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Design and implement initiatives to promote gender diversity, with a focus on increasing female representation across levels.
- Partner with leadership to integrate DEI into business practices and talent strategies.

2. Diversity Hiring & Talent Management
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to drive diverse hiring initiatives, especially for women in leadership and critical roles.
- Support inclusive hiring practices and eliminate bias in recruitment processes.
- Develop retention and growth programs for diverse talent, including mentorship and leadership pipelines.

3. Policy Development & Compliance




- Review and recommend policies to ensure equity, inclusivity, and compliance with regulations.
- Implement gender-inclusive policies such as adaptable work, maternity support, return-to-work programs, and safety initiatives.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to company and statutory DEI guidelines.

4. Employee Engagement & Inclusion Programs
- Lead employee resource groups (ERGs), particularly women-focused networks.
- Plan and execute awareness programs, workshops, and training sessions on unconscious bias, gender sensitization, and inclusive behaviors.
- Drive engagement campaigns around diversity-related themes.

5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track DEI metrics and provide insights on diversity representation, pay equity, and engagement.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership review.
- Recommend data-driven interventions for improvement.

6. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and external partners
