Weblytic Labs is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record of generating and closing software development projects.

This role is ideal for someone who can independently find clients, communicate with them, understand their requirements, prepare proposals, negotiate, and successfully close deals.

Describe the largest software project you have closed (value, technology, and how you generated the lead).

Responsibilities
- Generate leads through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and other online platforms.
- Identify new business opportunities for custom software development projects.
- Communicate with clients via chat, email, and video calls.
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in software/IT services sales.




- Demonstrated success in closing software development projects.
- Strong experience with platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or similar B2B lead generation channels.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
