Job Purpose

The Sales Manager is responsible for generating recent business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for interior design and fit-out services. The role focuses on identifying market opportunities, developing strategic sales initiatives, and collaborating with design, marketing, and project teams to convert leads into successful projects while ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, industry events, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships.




- Identify new market segments and business opportunities to drive company growth.

2. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior design and fit-out solutions.
- Guide clients throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to project award.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, consultants, developers, corporate clients, and individual customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship management.

3. Proposal & Presentation
- Collaborate with design and estimation teams to prepare project proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Deliver compelling presentations showcasing the company's portfolio, capabilities, and value proposition.
