Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar role.
- Experience in Automobile, Commercial Vehicle (CV), Heavy Vehicle (HV), or Construction Equipment industries is mandatory.
- Good communication, customer handling, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle service, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Prepare and maintain job cards and service records.
- Liaise with workshops and ensure timely repairs.
- Monitor vehicle breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Maintain service history, MIS reports, and customer follow-ups.
