Function: Sales / Business Development

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Cluster Head

Role Objective

Drive business growth in the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment by sourcing and managing secured lending opportunities within the 10 Lakhs to 3 Crore ticket size, ensuring portfolio quality, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
- Acquire new customers through multiple channels such as DSAs, connectors, brokers, and direct sourcing.
- Drive LAP business with focus on self-sourcing and channel activation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets.
- Build and manage a solid pipeline of secured lending opportunities.

Channel Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage DSA / Channel Partners for business sourcing.
- Ensure productivity and activation of channel partners.
- Maintain long-term relationships to drive consistent business flow.

Customer Handling
- Understand customer financial requirements and propose suitable LAP solutions.
- Coordinate with credit, legal,



and technical teams for faster processing.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to disbursement.

Credit & Risk Coordination
- Conduct initial customer profiling and eligibility assessment.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal compliance norms.
- Work closely with credit teams to improve approval rates while maintaining risk standards.

Portfolio Quality
- Maintain healthy portfolio quality with focus on low delinquency and minimal NPAs.
- Monitor early warning signals and support collections where required.

Market Intelligence
- Track competitor offerings, interest rates, and market trends.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion in assigned geography.
