About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented ITI and Diploma freshers to join our Trainee Technician Program. Candidates will undergo a structured 6-month training program in Lift Installation and Service Maintenance. Upon successful completion of the training and final assessment, candidates will be deployed to either the Installation or Service Maintenance team based on their performance and business requirements.
Training Program Duration: 6 Months.
The training program includes:
Lift Installation
Preventive Breakdown Maintenance
Troubleshooting Diagnostics
Electrical Mechanical Systems
Safety Standards Compliance
Customer Service Technical Support Key Responsibilities
Assist in elevator/lift installation activities.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical issues.
Follow installation and maintenance SOPs.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and company standards.
Work closely with senior technicians at customer sites.
Maintain service reports and documentation.
Skills Required
Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical concepts.
Solid willingness to learn and grow.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach
. Willingness to travel and relocate based on business requirements.
Eligibility
Fresh ITI or Diploma graduates.
Candidates should be willing to undergo a 6-month training program.
Willingness to work in the Installation or Service Maintenance team after successful completion of training.
