Position Summary





The Business Development Manager / Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, identifying projects, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving profitable sales growth.

This is a field-oriented role requiring frequent travel across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across Kerala.
- Build long-term relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, industries, hospitals, hotels, educational institutions, and government organizations.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Identify upcoming construction projects and generate qualified sales leads.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales.
- Achieve monthly Gross Profit (GP) targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
