Role Description
The Senior Project Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Indore, responsible for overseeing solar installation projects from planning to completion. This role includes coordinating project schedules, materials, and resources, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment and services to project sites. The Senior Project Coordinator will closely track project progress, manage documentation, support inspections,



and resolve logistical or operational issues. The role involves collaborating with engineering, procurement, installation teams, and external vendors to maintain quality standards, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. The Senior Project Coordinator will also prepare regular status reports and support continuous improvement of project processes.

Qualifications
- Strong project coordination and Project Management skills for planning, tracking, and delivering multiple solar projects.
- Experience as an Expeditor and in Expediting to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and follow-up with suppliers and contractors.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes to support quality checks, site audits, and compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Logistics Management skills for handling material movement, scheduling, inventory tracking, and coordination with transport partners.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineer
