KEYDUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Business/Financials
- Ensurethat the cluster/state is manned adequately, so that the businessrisk is controlled Responsible for meeting the expenses budgetand review it quarterly.
- Responsibleto check and cross-check the billing submitted by various vendorsfor the department.
- Appointrequisite vendors for vigilance process keeping in mind, cost,time and quality parameters
Customer(Both Internal External)
- Ensurethat the organization is represented positively in various localindustry body meetings and forums.
- Ensureto render support when asked for by distribution and otherfunctions.
- Maintainappropriate relationships with vendors to ensure delivery ofquality Vigilance services while applying evaluation mechanismsand assignment of responsibilities
- Responsiblefor strictly following SLA for all internal customers.
- Responsiblefor creating a business friendly environment at the cluster/statelevel so that there exists no barrier for information sharing.
- Establishworking relationship with local govt. authorities in areas ofoperations
InternalProcess
- Ensurephysical security of the branches from concerned cluster/state isreviewed in a periodic manner and appropriate changes to be doneconsidering the updated conditions, in conjunction with otherstakeholders as Admin, Channels
