Job Summary

Sunder Sizers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and computer-savvy Data Entry Operator cum Computer Operator to manage data entry, documentation, record keeping, computer operations, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent typing speed, proficiency in Microsoft Office, solid analytical skills, and the ability to maintain data accuracy while meeting deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry in ERP software, Microsoft Excel, and internal databases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain daily production reports, inventory records, stock registers, dispatch records, purchase entries, sales records, and MIS reports.
- Prepare, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, formulas, and data reports for management review.
- Handle computer operations, including document creation, formatting, printing, scanning,



PDF conversion, and file management.
- Verify, validate, and cross-check data before submission to ensure error-free documentation.
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Organize and maintain digital files, folders, and electronic records for quick retrieval and secure storage.
- Coordinate with Production, HR, Accounts, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch Departments for collecting and updating operational data.
- Manage email communication, document sharing, and online correspondence professionally.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ERP software, ensuring timely data updates and system accuracy.
- Assist in inventory data management, barcode records, item master updates, and stock reconciliation.
- Maintain proper document control, filing systems, and office records while ensuring confidentiality.
