Role & responsibilities
- Ensure procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance in Quality
- Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of Internal and External requirements
- In conjunction with the Supplier Quality Assurance function, reduce the effect of non-conforming supplier materials on the production area quality
- Attend production and relevant meetings and action/communicate instructions
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
- Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
- Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management of, and reporting
- Ensure the delivery of the People Strategy within area of accountability
Preferred candidate profile
- B.E Mechanical with 15 to 20 years of experience in Machine Shop Quality in Engineering Industry .
