We are seeking an experienced Sage 500 ERP (MAS 500) Consultant to lead ERP enhancements, customizations, configurations, deployments, and handle L2/L3 production support. You will collaborate closely with technical and business teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions and support business processes across Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Finance.
Mandatory & Must-Have Skills
- Sage 500 ERP Expertise:
8–10 years of overall IT experience with a minimum of
3 years of direct, hands-on experience
working with Sage 500 ERP / MAS 500 framework, architecture, and core modules.
- Customization & Configuration:
Proven experience in Sage 500 enhancements, technical configurations, customization, and deployment based on technical design documents.
- Production Support:
Strong background in
L2/L3 application troubleshooting
and production support within ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management frameworks.
- Technical Ecosystem:
Proficient knowledge of
Microsoft SQL Server
and enterprise integration workflows.
- Business Process Knowledge:
Solid understanding of core ERP workflows, specifically
P2P
(Procurement),
O2C
(Sales),
R2R
(Finance), as well as Supply Chain & Inventory management.
