- As the Branch Manager, you will lead regional sales and distribution across Central and Coastal Odisha. Operating out of Bhubaneswar, your core mandate is to drive primary and secondary sales, maximize Apple product penetration, and build strategic relationships with retailers and channel partners.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Sales & Revenue GenerationAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Apple products (iPhones, iPads, Macs, and Accessories) across the assigned region.Drive primary sales (distributor to retailer) and track secondary sales (retailer to consumer) through regular market visits.Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies in key markets like Cuttack, Puri, and Bhubaneswar to maintain market share.
- 2. Channel & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain solid, profitable relationships with existing and potential retail partners and Apple Authorized Resellers.Ensure timely order placements, stock deliveries, and prompt resolution of retailer queries or escalations.Work closely with retailers to drive product availability,



upselling, and cross-selling within the Apple ecosystem.
- 3. Team Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, train, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Frontline Sales Executives.Set daily/weekly KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and motivate the team to overachieve sales quotas.Provide on-the-ground coaching and product knowledge training to ensure the sales team effectively pitches the Apple ecosystem.
- 4. Branch Operations & MerchandisingOversee the overall branch operations in Bhubaneswar, ensuring smooth logistics, warehousing, and inventory flow for Central and Coastal Odisha.Ensure all partner retail stores comply with Apple’s global visual merchandising, branding, and planogram standards.Manage branch expenses, ensure proper audit compliances, and oversee accounts receivable/collections from retailers.
