Coupa Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Coupa Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to serve as the functional owner and strategic partner for Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions. This role will bridge Procurement, Accounts Payable, Supplier Management, Finance, and IT teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable and sustainable Coupa solutions.
The ideal candidate will combine deep Coupa functional expertise with business process analysis, stakeholder management, solution design, and end-to-end delivery ownership. The BSA will lead enhancements, support initiatives, integrations, and continuous improvement efforts while driving business value through procurement transformation programs.
Required Experience
• IT, Enterprise Applications, or Business Systems experience.
• Hands-on Coupa implementation, enhancement,
and production support experience.
• Solid experience supporting:
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Supplier Information Management (SIM)
• Invoicing
• Expenses
• Supplier Enablement
• Contract and Procurement processes
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP integrations.
• Experience operating within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery models.
• Proven ability to manage business stakeholders across global organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Solution Ownership
• Serve as the primary functional owner for Coupa business processes and solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify process gaps, and recommend system improvements.
• Elicit, analyse, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
