Role Description
The Senior Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer is a full time, on-site/office role based in Ernakulam, responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet ABAD Builders’ quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves planning and implementing QA/QC procedures,



conducting inspections at various project stages, and verifying that materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications and codes. The engineer will perform quality audits, monitor corrective and preventive actions, and maintain detailed documentation of inspections, test results, and non-conformities. Daily tasks include coordinating with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve quality issues, providing technical guidance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes preparing quality reports, contributing to risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance guidelines across project sites.
