Role Purpose

An Integration Engineer to support integration between HRMS and ITSM as part of the role-based access management initiative. The role will focus on designing and implementing integration services, APIs, and workflow connectivity to support onboarding and access profile processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop integration components between HRMS and ITSM platforms.
- Build and support Java / Spring Boot based integration services and APIs.
- Support API-based exchange of employee, contractor, freelancer, role, and access-related data.
- Work with business and technical teams to translate requirements into integration workflows.
- Develop, test, and troubleshoot REST/API integrations between enterprise platforms.
- Support error handling, logging, monitoring, and issue resolution for integration services.
- Participate in SIT/UAT support and production readiness activities.




- Prepare technical specifications, interface mappings, and deployment/support documentation.
- Collaborate with automation and QA teams to ensure end-to-end process validation.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Java.
- Strong hands-on experience in Spring Boot.
- Strong experience in API integration engineering.
- Experience building and supporting enterprise integration services.
- Experience with REST APIs, payload handling, and service troubleshooting.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating HRMS, ITSM, or enterprise SaaS platforms. Role & responsibilities
