Responsibilities
- Reviewing resumes and sourcing and hiring of candidates from various fields.
- Structural setup and conducting of job interviews.
- Employee data management and coordination
- Documentation handling.
- Negotiate and send out position offers.

Requirements




- Minimum C1 level in both English and Estonian.
- Previous experience in an HR or hiring-related field.
- Extremely strong communication skills.
- Ability to identify staffing needs.
- Ability to evaluate candidates and integrate them into the team long term.
- Familiarity with HR platforms.
