We are looking for an India-based
Account Director
to take full ownership of our client relationships and client servicing teams.

What you'll own:

Client relationships & commercial ownership
- Senior strategic advisor to key client stakeholders
- Retention and health of every account with a long-term approach to client relationships
- Growth on existing accounts — upsell, retainer expansion
- Scopes, retainers, SOWs, billing accuracy
- Scope creep, timeline slippage, an unhappy client — you de-escalate and fix whilst having a calming effect

Creative stewardship
- Strategic planning and execution of mainline and digital campaigns to serve brand objectives and goals and achieve performance KPIs
- Custodian of briefs that set creative teams up for success




- Excellent pushback judgment and skills when needed – with both clients and creatives

Project management
- Operational efficiency and timely delivery of projects across all accounts
- Excellent communication and prioritisation chops
- Keen interest in constant process improvement, with or without use of technology and AI

Team leader
- Mentor and coach of client servicing teams and influential with creative teams

Leadership stakeholder
- Support agency leadership in achieving agency goals and revenue targets
- Stay abreast with evolving trends in the advertising landscape, digital and AI – inspire teams in constantly learning and adopting best practices
- Help shape the agency work culture

The role is fully remote but will need periodic travel to client locations, events and production initiatives.
You are preferably located Mumbai/Delhi but let's talk to discuss what's possible.
