You will play a critical role in building scalable hiring processes, strengthening employer branding, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while supporting aggressive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring priorities and develop strategic talent acquisition plans
- Build and scale hiring processes to support both existing teams and recent business verticals
- Source high-quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other innovative sourcing channels
- Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and stakeholder coordination to ensure efficient hiring decisions
- Develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements across multiple business functions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to improve recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and candidate evaluation standards
