Ekat conceptualizes, develops, and operates experiential boutique hotels and resorts that emphasize thoughtful design, authentic hospitality, and a strong connection to place. The company is currently developing a 16-key boutique luxury mountain resort in
Tehri-Garhwal, Uttarakhand
, with a focus on high-quality construction, sustainability, and exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking an experienced construction professional to represent the owner's interests on-site and drive successful project execution from the ground up.

Role Description

The
Site Project Manager
is a full time, on-site role based at the
Tehri-Garhwal resort project
. Employed by
ABCPL
, you will serve as the
Owner's Representative
for the project, ensuring that construction is executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Reporting to the
Head of Projects
,



you will oversee day-to-day site execution while coordinating with the Project Management Consultant (PMC), architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors. You will be responsible for monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to project timelines, validating contractor performance, reviewing billing and material usage, and proactively resolving site issues.

The role also includes periodic visits to Ekat's hospitality properties near
Haridwar
, as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the owner's interests throughout all stages of project execution.
- Oversee civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor construction schedules and coordinate with contractors and consultants to achieve project milestones.
- Review contractor progress, measurements, running bills, and material reconciliation.
- Supervise procurement, delivery, storage, and utilization of construction materials.
