Role Description

The International Business Director is a full time,
on-site leadership role based in Abroad
. This position is responsible for developing and executing international business strategies to expand Esse India’s presence in global immigration and visa consultancy markets, with a primary focus on Canada. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing business planning, identifying new markets and partnership opportunities, and driving sales initiatives aligned with company goals. The role involves managing and mentoring teams, setting performance targets, and ensuring high-quality client service delivery across locations. The International Business Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership to refine service offerings, optimize operations, and maintain compliance with international trade and immigration-related standards.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in International Business and International Trade to develop and manage cross-border growth strategies.




- Strong Business Planning skills to create, implement, and monitor strategic and operational plans.
- Proven Team Management capabilities to lead, coach, and motivate diverse teams toward clear objectives.
- Solid Sales experience to drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and meet business development targets.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- Experience in immigration consulting, professional services, or related international markets is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana and collaborate effectively with offices and partners in different locations.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
