Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced
Banking Operations qualified
from the
FinTech or Banking industry
to manage banking partnerships, corporate account operations, reconciliations, and payment processes. The candidate should have hands-on experience with
U.S. banking operations
and payment rails such as
ACH, ICL, BAI Files, and Fedwire
, along with strong coordination skills to work with banks and internal technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with partner banks and handle operational coordination.
- Oversee corporate account onboarding, maintenance, and KYC/AML compliance.
- Perform daily bank and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support U.S. payment operations including ACH, ICL, BAI Files, and Fedwire.
- Coordinate with Production Support and Engineering teams to resolve API, integration, and file transmission issues.




- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare operational reports and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the FinTech or Banking industry (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of
U.S. Banking Operations
and payment systems (ACH, ICL, BAI, Fedwire).
- Experience in bank reconciliations, corporate account management, and banking operations.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with technology/support teams to resolve banking integration issues.

Preferred:
- Experience with RTP, FedNow, ISO 20022, or reconciliation tools (BlackLine, Reconcilor).
- Certifications such as AAP, CTP, or CAMS.
