Experience:
1–3 Years (Minimum 1 Year Mandatory)

? Education:
B.Tech (ECE) – Mandatory

? Salary:
Up to ₹35,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

? Handle SIM activation/renewals and troubleshoot IoT devices

? Provide remote technical support via inbound customer calls

? Diagnose and resolve hardware & software-related issues

? Coordinate with internal hardware/software teams for issue resolution

? Perform device testing, maintain documentation, and track customer complaints

? Assist in inventory management of Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) devices

Required Skills:





✔ Solid knowledge of
MS Excel

✔ Electronics Fundamentals

✔ Communication Protocols (I2C, UART, RS485
)

✔ Hardware Troubleshooting & Diagnostics

✔ Knowledge of
AVR, ESP32, STM32
(Preferred)

✔ Good communication and problem-solving skills
