Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented *Documentation Executive* . The candidate will be responsible for handling client documentation, ensuring all required paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time for visa and immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, verify, and organize client documents as per visa and immigration requirements.
- Ensure all forms and supporting documents are complete and error-free.
- Maintain and update client files and records systematically.
- Communicate with clients to request any missing or additional documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track the progress of applications.
- Assist in preparing files for submission to embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities.




- Maintain confidentiality and security of client data.

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream) or Diploma.
- Freshers can also apply; prior experience in documentation, immigration, or visa processing will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, scanning, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
