We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst cum QA with 6 to 8 years of experience who can bridge business requirements and quality assurance within Salesforce projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, user story creation, and functional testing across the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) will be a robust advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
- Translate business needs into Salesforce solution requirements
- Work closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Create test scenarios, test cases, and execute functional/UAT testing
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations
- Support UAT coordination, defect tracking,
and release validation
- Ensure solution quality through end-to-end testing and documentation
Who You Are:
- 6 to 8 years of experience as Business Analyst and QA in Salesforce projects
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and user story documentation
- Hands-on experience with functional testing, UAT coordination, and defect management
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ADO or similar ALM tools
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
- Salesforce certifications (Admin / Business Analyst / Associate)
