Contineu is an AI-native construction quality platform. We capture entire construction sites with 360 cameras and use computer vision to detect defects automatically — turning weeks of manual snagging into a structured, trackable snag list on a dashboard. We work with premium real estate developers across India.
The Role
You'll be the face of Contineu in Ahmedabad. Once our platform is deployed on a client's site, your job is to make sure it actually gets used — and used well. You'll sit with project heads, QC engineers, and PMC teams, walk them through their defect dashboards, run review cadences, and turn scan data into decisions the site team acts on.
This is not a support-ticket role. It's a relationship role. You own client health for the region: adoption, satisfaction, and the weekly rhythm that keeps Contineu embedded in how the site runs.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is comfortable in construction environments,
enjoys working with people more than spreadsheets, and wants to grow with a fast-moving startup rather than a traditional real estate or EPC company.
What You'll Do
- Own client relationships in Ahmedabad — be the single point of contact for developers, PMCs, and site teams using Contineu
- Drive platform adoption — onboard new users, train site engineers and QC teams on the dashboard, and make sure defect workflows are actually followed
- Run review cadences — weekly and monthly reviews with project leadership, walking through scan coverage, defect trends, and closure rates
- Translate data into action — prepare and present defect summaries and progress reports that site teams and management actually use
- Be the client's voice internally — relay feedback, feature requests, and friction points to the product and tech teams in Bangalore
