Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our field marketing initiatives across India. The candidate will be responsible for promoting BTALI products, increasing brand awareness, building strong dealer and distributor relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and identifying new business opportunities.
This role requires extensive travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent the company professionally in front of customers, dealers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesField Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Travel extensively across India to promote BTALI products.
- Conduct product demonstrations at dealer locations, customer sites, exhibitions, and trade events.
- Increase brand visibility through on-ground marketing activities.
- Execute promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Dealer & Distributor Development
- Visit existing dealers and distributors regularly.
- Identify and appoint recent dealers and distributors.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners.
- Support dealers with marketing materials and product knowledge.
Market Research
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential business segments.
- Monitor pricing and competitor activities.
Product Promotion
- Promote the complete range of BTALI products.
- Explain product features
