Role Description
The Growth Marketing Manager (Ed-Tech B2C) will lead data-driven marketing initiatives to acquire, engage, and retain learners for Nexlance’s ed-tech clients. This full-time,



in office role is based in Bengaluru South and involves planning and executing growth campaigns across digital channels, optimizing funnels, and improving conversion rates. The person in this role will design and run experiments, analyze marketing performance, and use insights from web and product analytics to refine strategies. They will collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to align messaging, manage marketing automation workflows, and ensure consistent learner experiences across touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include campaign management, budget optimization, reporting on key growth metrics, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
