Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Coordinator to build and maintain corporate relationships for student placements. The role involves onboarding new companies, coordinating with recruiters, and ensuring placement opportunities for students.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new companies for placement partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Coordinate interviews, placement drives, and recruitment activities.
Follow up with companies regarding job openings and hiring requirements.
Maintain an updated database of employer contacts and placement opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth placement processes.
Achieve monthly targets for company onboarding and placement activities.
Prepare and share regular placement reports with the management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in Placement Coordination is preferred.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in Placement Coordination
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Solid negotiation and follow-up abilities.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
Location: Noida (Work From Office)
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
