Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support the sales team by managing customer interactions, CRM, proposals, and techno-commercial documentation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable coordinating with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure timely proposal submissions and smooth sales operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

CRM Management
- Maintain and update customer information, leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely follow-up on assigned leads.
- Generate CRM reports and sales pipeline updates.

Proposal & Documentation
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender responses.
- Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to gather required inputs.
- Ensure proposals are submitted within defined timelines.

Techno-Commercial Support
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solution preparation.
- Prepare commercial offers based on pricing guidelines.




- Support the sales team during negotiations by providing required documentation.

Customer Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for proposal-related communication.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, approvals, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain communication records.

Sales Operations
- Support the field sales team with quotations, contracts, purchase orders, and order documentation.
- Maintain proposal, contract, and customer records.
- Assist in order processing and coordination with internal teams until handover.

Reporting
- Track proposal status, win/loss reports, and sales pipeline.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.

Required Skills
- Experience in CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
