About the Role

We're looking for a highly driven Growth Manager
to lead our sales and marketing functions. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work directly with the founders to drive customer acquisition, build high-performing teams, and execute strategies that accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the company's sales and marketing strategy from planning to execution.
- Build, lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing sales and marketing teams.
- Create a culture of ownership, accountability,



and continuous improvement.
- Define, track, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Drive lead generation, product demonstrations, customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Build and optimize outbound sales, partnerships, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Improve sales processes, marketing campaigns, and conversion rates using data and customer insights.
- Recruit, train, and develop top-performing team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure disciplined execution.
- Work closely with the founders on growth strategy, business planning, and execution.
- Present weekly business updates, sales pipeline reports, and growth metrics.

What We're Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Growth, or Revenue Management.
- Proven success in acquiring customers and growing recurring revenue in a B2B SaaS business.
