About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Apartment Partnerships Manager to lead the expansion of

Openhouse At Home across Bangalore. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and

onboarding apartment communities by building relationships with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), Management Committees, and Community Managers.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with field sales, stakeholder management, commercial

negotiations, and relationship building. Their primary responsibility is to unlock recent apartment

communities and hand them over seamlessly to Operations teams for launch and execution.

Your responsibilities

Apartment Acquisition & Partnerships




- Identify and prioritize apartment communities across Bangalore.
- Build relationships with RWAs, Apartment Associations, Community Managers, Facility

Managers, and Management Committees.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and community discussions to introduce the Openhouse At Home model.
- Understand the needs and concerns of apartment stakeholders and position Openhouse as a trusted partner.

Commercial Negotiation & Closure
- Negotiate commercial terms, revenue-sharing arrangements, and partnership agreements.
- Finalize access to community spaces such as clubhouses, mini-theatres, multipurpose halls,

and activity rooms.
- Align on operating schedules, usage guidelines, and launch requirements.
- Ensure all agreements and approvals are documented and executed.

Project Handover & Launch Readiness
- Coordinate with internal Cluster Heads and Operations teams to ensure smooth handover.
