Role Description
This is a full-time Business Developer role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Developer will identify and pursue recent business opportunities in climate solutions, sustainability consulting, and green staffing services, including prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management.



The role involves building and maintaining relationships with corporate, government, and institutional clients, preparing proposals, coordinating bids, and supporting contract negotiations. The Business Developer will collaborate with technical and consulting teams to align client needs with service offerings, support market research and competitor analysis, and contribute to sales forecasts and performance reporting. Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, follow-ups, CRM updates, preparing presentations, and participating in industry events and webinars to strengthen the company’s market presence.
