We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR qualified to lead HR Operations and Talent Acquisition across India and Saudi Arabia. The role requires a strong blend of recruitment expertise, HR operations excellence, labor law compliance, employee relations, and policy management. The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven capability in managing cross-border HR operations, scaling teams, and supporting business growth in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, referrals, social media, and recruitment networks
- Lead hiring initiatives across India and Saudi Arabia, including high-volume and niche hiring
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process




- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee complete employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Maintain HRIS systems and ensure employee data accuracy and confidentiality
- Support audits and maintain audit-ready HR records and documentation
- Streamline HR processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability

Compliance & Labor Law Management
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and Saudi labor regulations including Saudization, Iqama, GOSI, visa, and work permit requirements
- Coordinate with PROs and external agencies for employee documentation, visas, and expatriate workforce management
