Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Quality Assurance Engineer role based in Chennai. The Quality Assurance Engineer will design, document, and execute test cases to validate the functionality, performance,



and reliability of HummingBird’s AI-powered talent platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting manual testing across web and integrated systems, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and UX teams to ensure high-quality releases. The role involves participating in requirement reviews, refining test strategies, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards. The engineer will also help maintain test documentation, support regression testing, and ensure that product updates meet defined quality benchmarks before deployment.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Quality Assurance and Software Testing, with experience applying QA methodologies and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Test Execution and writing and maintaining detailed Test Cases for web and platform-based applications.
