Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Counselor cum Manager with a background in aesthetics and cosmetic dermatology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both counseling clients regarding aesthetic procedures and managing clinic operations to ensure smooth functioning. This role requires a blend of interpersonal skills, technical knowledge of skin treatments, and management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Counseling:
- Provide expert advice and counseling to clients on various aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, etc.).
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Explain pre and post-procedure care, manage client expectations, and handle inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain robust client relationships and provide follow-up support to ensure satisfaction.

2. Clinic Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, resource allocation, and staff management.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and smooth clinic workflow.




- Manage inventory for skincare products, treatment supplies, and equipment.
- Monitor treatment rooms and ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and properly equipped.

3. Sales and Revenue Management:
- Assist in promoting clinic services and products to enhance sales and meet financial targets.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, including client retention and revenue growth.

4. Staff Supervision and Training:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of support staff, including aestheticians and receptionists.
- Organize training programs to keep the team updated on the latest procedures, products, and technologies.
- Foster a positive work environment, ensuring high morale and team cohesion.

5. Client Relationship Management:
