Purpose of the job

The role of Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager SCM & Admin Support is to ensure seamless corporate operations by managing supply chain coordination, cross-departmental communication, and day-to-day office administration. This position acts as a critical link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee timely deliveries and accurate system data. Practical experience with SAP ERP is essential for managing workflows, tracking operations, and maintaining high administrative and operational efficiency.

Tasks & Responsibilities

SCM & Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate extensively with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth end-to-end operational workflows.
- Track and monitor shipment timelines, proactively addressing potential bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer and supplier inquiries regarding order status, logistics, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain open lines of communication across cross-functional internal teams to resolve operational issues quickly.





SAP ERP & Data Management
- Utilize SAP (SD/MM modules preferred) to manage sales orders, logistics data, and supply chain tracking.
- Maintain highly accurate master data (customer, supplier, and material records) within the system.
- Generate reports and operational dashboards from SAP to track delivery performance, inventory status, or open logs.
- Ensure absolute compliance with SAP workflows, authorization hierarchies, and documentation standards.

Office Administration & Support
- Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks, ensuring a well-organized and efficient office setting.
- Support for overseas and domestic business travellers and expatriates.
